I want to keep a list of artists. I’ll probably devote a page of my website to this, but for now, you get a blogpost with links. Keep an eye on this post because I’ll be updating it fairly regularly. They are generally sorted, but know that some of these people are bound to bounce from one category to another. For now they are split up into traditional illustrators and visual developers. Under ’Traditional’ I’ve put the illustrators most known for book covers, editorials, gallery work, etc. while ’Visual Developers’ include artists more well known for environment design, character design, story art—artists who often work in the gaming or film industry.... I also decided to lump the graphic novel artists into the Visual Development category. Stay tuned, the plan is to do some spotlights on these artists in different blogposts.
